They graduated from the University of Bristol after studying English before attending the University of the Arts London to complete a Foundation Diploma in Sculpture.
They are passionate about the ways of healing that connect to the body, especially through the meditative and expressive qualities of art. Having grown up in an environment rich with mental health awareness and personally experienced a diversity of therapeutic approaches, both mainstream and alternative, they have a deep understanding of the value of integrating healing practices into everyday living. They are especially interested in engaging with our mammal origins and pre-industrial patterns of living that allow us to live more in sync with our body’s instinctual care.
